Q: “Do Martial Arts make kids violent?”

No way! Martial arts is about peace, harmony and diplomacy. It teaches children how to AVOID fights - not pick them.

Q: “Do kids get injured in Martial Arts?”

While injuries can occur in any physical activity, including martial arts, the risk of injury in martial arts is generally very low.  Our Instructors prioritize the safety of our students and provide a well-supervised training environment. We have a lot of measures in place to keep your child perfectly safe.  In fact, safety is our #1 concern

Q: “My child isn't athletic. Can they still participate in Martial Arts, if they're not athletic?”

Absolutely. Martial Arts teaches kids to be coordinated, flexible and strong. Kids who don't naturally have these qualities develop them. Kids who do have these qualities grow them even more.

Q: “Are these Martial Arts classes fun?”

YES! Martial arts classes are not only educational but also loads of fun. Instructors use a mix of drills, games, and exercises to keep everyone engaged and eager to learn. Plus, the classes are a great way to make new friends and enjoy the experience together.

Q: “Can I get injured training in Martial Ats?”

Because we place such a huge focus on safety and injury prevention, we're proud to say that injuries are very few and far between with our program. In fact, because martial arts gets you in great shape, and makes you strong and flexible, people often see LESS injuries in their lives.

Q: “What level of fitness is required to begin training in Martial Arts?”

You'll get in shape as you go. You don't have to be in great shape to start. The great thing about Martial Arts is you can be at any fitness level and do great. That's because there's no rush or pressure to do anything quickly. You can learn at your own pace.

Q: “Is Martial Arts violent?

People often mistake self-defense for violence. We teach self-defense here. Self-defense means doing everything in your power to AVOID violence! It means being diplomatic and peaceful. In fact, people who have had problems with violence in the past often become peaceful and balanced through Matial Arts training.

Q: "What type of activities do you provide?"

We offer a variety of activities designed to engage, challenge, and empower students of all ages and skill levels. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or personal growth, our classes provide a well-rounded approach to help you succeed!

Q: "Do I need to bring any supplies?"

No, you typically don’t need to bring any supplies for your first martial arts class. Most studios provide all the necessary equipment for beginners, such as training mats and practice gear.

Birthday Parties

Q:  "How long are the parties?"

 Our parties run between 60-90 minutes (based on your package) and include martial arts instruction, cake cutting, and party activities.

Q: "What age range do you accommodate?"

 Our parties are perfect for children ages 4-12.

Q: "How much does the party cost?”

We have different packages that start at $449 including up to 15 guests

Q: "Is there an additional fee for extra guests?"

Yes, there is an additional fee of $20 per guest over 15

Q: "How many guests can I invite?"

You are allowed to invite up to 30 guests per party.

Q: "What type of activities do you provide?"

Our party activities include martial arts games and drills, obstacle courses, and other fun activities.

Q: "Do I need to bring any supplies?"

Yes, any decorations you provide as well as the Cake or Cupcakes!
